Profile: Cleaning Site Supervisor

We are looking for a cleaning specialist who will exceed client expectations, ensuring that all bathrooms are sparkling, floors are spotless and trash is removed on schedule. We hope you are ready to put on your gloves and scrub up with us.

Major Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, Vacuuming and Mopping Floors.
• Serving Restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces.
• Dusting Performed at floor level.
• Empties and cleans garbage bins.
• Spot clean walls, partitions, light switches and doors, window sills.
• Cleans and disinfects all touch-points/ fixtures using mild chemicals.
• Dusts baseboards and low air vents.
• Damp mops small area hard surface floors.
• Ensure outside walkways remain clear and free of debris.
• Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request 
• Report occurrences and deficiencies to management.

Requirements

• Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage and disposal methods
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
• Excellent organizational skills a must
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
• Commercial cleaning experience will be an asset.
